🌈 Who We Are: A scholarship for Brooklyn-based LGBTQIA+ grade school campers, and children from LGBTQIA+ families to attend sleep-away camp. Powered by VACAYA's donation & Camp Brooklyn Fund. 🏕️

🎯 Our Goal: To provide financial assistance for the 2024 sleep-away camp season, making fun & friendship accessible! 🌲

👪 Families, How To Get Involved:

To be eligible, campers must be 7-17 years old (at time of camp), Brooklyn residents, enrolled in public or charter school and participate in the USDA reduced lunch program.  

• 1) Pre-register interest at Camp Brooklyn by January 15th. 📝

• 2) Apply: complete Camp applications. ⏰

• Camp Outright (ages 13-17): 

• Applications open February 26th - March 13th

• Camp Session 2:   Saturday, July 13 - Friday, July 19 2024

• Camp Highlight (ages 7-15):  

• Registration for new campers opens January 29th
